Job summary

Schroeder Moving Systems is hiring professional movers to join a dynamic team in New Berlin, WI. Earn $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth as you contribute to high-quality relocations.

As a mover, you will load, protect, and transport customers’ belongings, work with experienced teammates, and deliver a strong customer experience across residential and commercial moves. Training is provided and the team culture emphasizes reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift 10-50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb during the shift.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Participation in random drug testing program

Responsibilities

• Load and unload moving trucks safely and efficiently
• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household goods
• Assist with residential and commercial relocations
• Deliver and set up items at customer locations
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
