All Family Staffing is seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team. You will clean residential and commercial spaces to high standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, with good communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and move furniture when necessary.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to different job sites.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in both residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain common areas, ensuring a welcoming and tidy atmosphere for occupants and clients.
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions for different surfaces and materials.
• Handle clients' belongings with care and respect, ensuring secure and meticulous service.
• Follow specific checklists and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas that require special attention and communicate effectively with team leaders to address them.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning operations.
• Maintain an organized and clean storage area for equipment and supplies.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and requests, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
