Job summary

Helix Human Services in Springfield, MA is seeking a Residential Clinican to provide individual, family, and group therapy for children in our Cottage Residential program. You will coordinate clinical case management from intake to discharge and prepare clinical summaries for the agency, prescriber, and collateral contacts.

The program provides trauma-informed therapeutic and educational services in an inclusive environment for male clients with trauma experiences and complex behavioral health

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a clinical M.ED.
• Requires a minimum of two years’ experience as a clinician with youth who have experienced trauma and/or emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Requires an excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical intervention, individual, family, and group therapy for children in Helix Residential programs.
• Perform clinical case management and care coordination from intake to discharge of a child in the residential program.
• Prepare Clinical summaries for presentation to the agency, prescriber, and collateral contacts.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

To provide quality clinical intervention, individual, family, and group therapy for children residing within Helix Human Services programs. Clinical Case management and care coordination is also required from intake to discharge of a child within the residential program. Ensure completion of Clinical summaries for presentation to agency, agency prescriber, and collateral contacts.

The Cottage Residential program is an inclusive environment designed to support male clients, regardless of how they identify, who have experienced trauma, with moderate to severe mental health and behavioral challenges.

Monday/Thursday/Friday 10am-6pm and Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11-7pm
