You will ensure safety, follow procedures, and report work status through the designated process. A reliable vehicle and willingness to pass background and drug screenings are required. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to follow Work Orders and company policies.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow cleaning systems.
• Provide cleaning services according to the Work Order.
• Follow all company policies and procedures on the job.
• Report in/out of jobs using designated process.
• Inspect own work; if leading a team, inspect others' work.
• Prepare needed equipment for special cleaning jobs.
• Complete any job-related paperwork as required by processes.
• Maintain a 4-star+ customer satisfaction rating.
