Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking reliable house cleaners in Florida (Malabar) to join a friendly team. No prior experience required; training provided and advancement opportunities available. The role features a full-time daytime schedule, no nights or weekends, and paid holidays after 90 days.

A company car is provided for some assignments, with earnings based on hourly pay plus tips and bonuses. Eligible candidates will have a valid driver’s license and pass a nationwide background check.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a 7 year nationwide background check.
• Physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, and work overhead.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
• Valid driver’s license with a 3 year clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report needs to supervisor.
• Support team lead with assigned tasks and drive company car duties if applicable.
