Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management to meet schedules.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disposal methods.
• Detail-oriented approach to dusting and sanitation.
• Experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing).
• Follow sanitation procedures for safe and hygienic environments.
• Handle laundry tasks (washing, folding, organizing).
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment for floors, carpets, surfaces, appliances.
• Must safely lift items and manage heavy loads.
• Maintain outdoor areas when required (patios/entryways).
• Communicate with clients to understand cleaning needs and provide excellent service.
• Follow housekeeping protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
