Job summary

Come Back Clean is seeking dependable residential cleaners to serve clients in the Baton Rouge area. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and paid training, with 30–40 hours per week and competitive hourly pay.

You’ll perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and move-in/move-out tasks, following company checklists, with strict attention to detail and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Professional residential cleaning experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

What You’ll Do

You’ll clean clients’ homes throughout the Baton Rouge area, working independently or alongside another team member. Duties include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning household surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Completing routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
• Following company checklists and checking your work before leaving
• Caring for cleaning supplies, equipment, and clients’ belongings
• Arriving on time and communicating with your team

Requirements

• Monday–Friday daytime availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and perform regular bending, kneeling, reaching, vacuuming, and mopping
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
