Job summary

Housekeeper Heroes is hiring residential housekeepers to provide detailed cleaning and home organization services in private residences. This role covers standard cleaning as well as deeper tasks like deep cleaning, organizing, and reset cleans.

This is hands-on work requiring pride in thoroughness, the ability to follow systems and checklists, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality service for clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or deep cleaning preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical work (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and company policies
• Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Complete deep cleans and heavy-chore tasks, including move-out/move-in cleans, appliance cleaning, decluttering and organization, and edge work.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly.
• Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes.
