Job summary

Housekeeper Heroes in Acton, MA is seeking Residential & Heavy Chore Cleaners to provide detailed cleaning and home organization in private residences. This role covers standard cleaning and heavier tasks. Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
• Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical work (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and company policies.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Complete deep cleans and heavy-chore tasks, including move-out/move-in cleans, appliance cleaning, decluttering and organization, and edge work.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly.
• Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes.
