Actalent is seeking a Civil Drafter / Office Survey Technician to support residential land development projects in the Plymouth, MN area. You will draft ALTA/NSPS surveys, preliminary and final plats, and certificates of survey for new home construction and subdivisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with field crews and engineers, using Civil 3D and AutoCAD to produce precise drafting deliverables, and coordinating with clients to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience on residential or land development projects.
• ALTA/NSPS survey experience with drafting and preparation of survey documents.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in a surveying or civil engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, preliminary and final plats, and certificates of survey.
• Create accurate survey certificates for housing developments and other land development projects.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate data collection and transfer.
