Job summary

Budwood Limited is seeking Caring Casual Residential Support Workers to help children and young people in a supportive home environment. You will assist with daily routines, build trusting relationships and help develop life skills while ensuring safety and encouragement each day.

No long-term commitment is required, but you’ll receive full training and be part of a friendly team focused on making a real difference in young people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car, travel required.
• Friendly, able to speak as well as listen to children and colleagues.

What Is the Job?

If you have had experience of working with children or young people, that will really help, but we understand that this may be your first time doing this type of work. We will give you all the training and support you need to do the role.
