Job summary

Project Hospitality is seeking a CASAC Counselor to deliver substance abuse and relapse prevention counseling within a residential PREP Center. You will document all services in AWARDS within 24 hours, conduct screenings, assessments, and both individual and group counseling, while coordinating with external resources to support client recovery.

The role requires CASAC credential and at least two years of addiction field experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with co-occurring disorders and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of recovery, addiction and relapse processes.
• Ability to coordinate care with internal and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-intake client screenings and comprehensive assessments.
• Provide individual and group counseling within a residential setting.
• Document all services in AWARDS within 24 hours of delivery.
• Maintain client caseloads and discharge planning in coordination with the team.
• Coordinate care with courts, medical procedures and parole/probation agencies.
• Attend meetings and participate in case conferences and treatment planning.
