Qualifications
3-5+ years of trade experience in similar work required.
Some computer skills necessary to manage the work order system.
A valid Driver's License and enrollment in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.
Responsibilities
Repair and replace all windows and glass.
Construction work on walls, metal and/or wood.
Install and repair shelving fabrication.
Wood flooring removal, repair and installation.
Repair cabinetry in various areas as needed.
Be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions.
