In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windows, performing construction work, and managing cabinetry repairs. Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of trade experience in similar work required.
• Some computer skills necessary to manage the work order system.
• A valid Driver's License and enrollment in the New York State License Event Notification Service (LENS) program.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace all windows and glass.
• Construction work on walls, metal and/or wood.
• Install and repair shelving fabrication.
• Wood flooring removal, repair and installation.
• Repair cabinetry in various areas as needed.
• Be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions.
