• Construct, repair, and maintain interior and exterior elements in new homes.
• Execute drywall spackling, interior painting, and appliance installations to complete project phases.
• Inspect active job sites daily and submit progress reports using mobile apps.
• Supervise daily field operations as a working foreman to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate field activities using mobile devices for site transparency.
