Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately.
• Must have own basic tools; company provides specialized equipment if needed.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials to specifications.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floors and trim.
• Read blueprints and follow building plans.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality control.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Work collaboratively with other team members on projects.
