Confidential Recruiting Partners seeks an experienced Carpenter for on-site residential construction, remodeling, and additions. You will perform framing, finish work, installations, and repairs on active job sites while prioritizing quality and safety.

The candidate should read blueprints, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate with other trades. On-site role with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance; candidates must reside within a reasonable commute.

Qualifications

• Must maintain personal carpentry tools.
• All educational levels will be considered.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of carpentry experience.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and construction techniques.
• Experience with residential construction, remodeling, renovations, or additions.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch-list items and final project details.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Construct, install, and repair structural and finish carpentry components.
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, fixtures, and related building materials.
• Perform carpentry work on residential construction, remodeling, renovations, or additions.
• Organize and maintain tools, materials, and work areas.
• Help identify material needs and support project efficiency.
• Coordinate work with other trades and project team members.
• Document completed work and communicate project progress.
• Assist with project planning, layouts, and material preparation.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Perform quality inspections on completed work.
• Identify and correct workmanship deficiencies.
• Follow all company and site safety procedures.
• Ensure work complies with applicable building codes and safety standards.
