Job summary

Bridgeway Community Health is seeking an On-Call Residential Treatment Aide to support clients in inpatient and residential settings. Responsibilities include daily care, relationship building, and accurate documentation of services.

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, Oregon Food Handler card, CPR/First Aid, and a valid Oregon driver’s license. Preference given to candidates pursuing Human Services certification. Join a mission-driven team in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a High School Diploma or General Education Certificate (GED).
• Must possess current Oregon Food Handler card or become certified within two weeks of hire date.
• Must possess CPR/First Aid certification or become certified within two weeks of hire date.
• Must possess current and unrestricted Oregon Driver's License.
• Preference is given to candidates enrolled in a college-level degree program in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day operation of the residential program as directed by the program manager.
• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with clients.
• Provides monitoring, care, and support per agency policies.
• Maintains the home environment and inventory.
• Teaches daily living and social skills; assists with meals as directed by culinary services.
• Conducts hourly bed checks when overnight shift is worked.
• Documents support in the client’s electronic health record.
• Transports clients to activities safely.
• Attends community meetings and participates in team planning.
