Job summary

Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide service for our client in the Stamford, CT and surrounding area. All shifts available; client-negotiable temp to perm opportunities. PCA Personal Care Assistant $19+/hr, Independent Contractor 1099.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and a valid CPR card. Shifts may vary and opportunities to grow within a flexible contractor model are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid CPR card required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
