Job summary

Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking Residential Aides to provide direct care in the New Haven, CT area, serving clients primarily on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Compensation is on a 1099 independent contractor basis with scheduling flexibility.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, CPR and PMT certification, and at least one year of relevant experience. Contract opportunities offer weekly pay and the chance to grow within a large referral network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid CPR card and PMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities promote growth for each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Deliver care in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
