Qualifications

• 2 years of CAD experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Soft Plan Software is a plus.
• Successful applicant must be able to work with fellow employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Must enjoy dealing with the public.

Responsibilities

• Draft residential designs with customers using Soft Plan.
• Collaborate with sales to meet design and estimate deadlines.
• Communicate design issues with customers and resolve them as they arise.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers through superior customer service.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineers, architects and contractors prior to and during design and construction phases.
