Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties.
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for efficient service.
