Orkin in Dubuque, IA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth while delivering top‑notch pest management services.

You will train and mentor staff, manage P&L, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to community programs. No industry experience required; we offer a vehicle, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
