Renuity is seeking a Residential Bath Systems Installation Assistant to support Kohler bath system installations in customers' homes. Your day starts at the job site with a lead installer, planning and preparing tools for a precise install with care.

You will protect the work area, measure and cut accurately, document progress with photos, and ensure the project is completed to spec while maintaining professional communication with homeowners.

Formación

• Hands-on carpentry ability and familiarity with residential remodeling.
• Comfort interacting with homeowners; courteous communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to process.
• 1+ year of experience in construction or home improvement preferred.

• Help ensure projects finish on schedule and to spec, with complete documentation and accurately filled forms.

Join Renuity as a Residential Bath Systems Installation Assistant

Your day starts at the job site, tools ready, checklist in hand. You meet with a lead installer, walk through the project plan, and prepare for a Kohler bath system installation in a customer’s home. You protect the work area, measure twice, cut once, and help bring a fresh new bath to life—with precision and pride. By day’s end, you’ve supported a quality install, captured before-and-after photos, and completed documentation so the homeowner (and our team) has everything they need.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Base Wage: $21.50
• Competitive Pay: $21.50/hr – $26/hr
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision
• Work hands-on with a nationally recognized brand: Kohler

What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential installation of Kohler bath and shower products, delivering best-in‑class craftsmanship.
• Represent Renuity and our clients professionally at every step—arrive on time, communicate clearly, and respect the customer’s home.
• Help ensure projects finish on schedule and to spec, with complete documentation and accurately filled forms.
• Capture and submit all required job photos and paperwork promptly.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license.
