Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is hiring a Licensed Residential Plumber to perform tub and shower remodels in the Duluth, MN area. You will review contracts, measurements, and photos to confirm scope, determine permit needs, and coordinate with inspectors to ensure code-compliant installs.

You’ll travel to customer sites within driving distance, most nights home, and contribute to safe, high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Active MN Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Required); WI license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, measurements, and photos to confirm job specifications.
• Focus exclusively on tub and shower remodels.
• Identify projects requiring permits and secure approvals as needed.
• Build productive relationships with local inspectors; ensure work adheres to code.

On site, you’ll modify pipe lengths, set fixtures, and run tests to diagnose and eliminate leaks or other issues—keeping safety and craftsmanship front and center.
