Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with an Associate’s degree or 5 years with a high school diploma.
  • Supervisory experience managing a residential unit is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking two Residential Assistant Supervisors for our Residential Treatment Facility in Albany. If you are a focused, compassionate professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
  • Supervise program activities related to client treatment plans
  • Evaluate and supervise direct care staff
  • Mentor and train staff, participate in staff-to-youth ratio and on-call system
  • Assist in crisis intervention as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks related to unit management
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience, or high school diploma with 5 years of experience; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience with vulnerable or adolescent populations
  • Supervisory experience or ability to manage a residential unit
  • Valid, clean driver’s license
  • Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
