Job summary

eMaids is seeking a Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician to provide professional cleaning services for homes and businesses. You will follow company standards to create clean, healthy environments for our customers.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and support to help you succeed. Driving is required in some cases and you must travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Paid training is available after successful completion of our online certification program.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance.
• Smartphone capable of using company scheduling and work applications.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Complete assigned jobs efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or special customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction.
