Payment Structure

Requirements

Job Requirements

To uphold our reputation for excellence, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience:Minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential cleaning, luxury hospitality/hotel housekeeping, or vacation rental turnover services.
• Transportation:Must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel punctually between various property locations.
• Schedule:Full-time availability, including the flexibility to work weekends.
• Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, bend, and move efficiently for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).
• Communication & Tech:A 5-star attitude with excellent communication skills. Must be highly responsive and proficient in using smartphone applications for scheduling and on-site coordination.
