Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking Residential Aides for the Mental Health Adult Population in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Typical hours include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM in Morganville, plus 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and overnight shifts in Port Monmouth, with compensation at $18/hr. Candidates provide direct support, implement programs, and assist with daily living and community activities in client homes, while maintaining a clean, healthy living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks.
• Preventing Abuse and Neglect, Medication Training, CPR / FA, TB/Physical.
• Minimum of 1 year of DSP experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
