Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team in Coraopolis, PA. The role focuses on assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence, and delivering compassionate care during 3rd shift. Training is provided, and no experience is required for the right candidate.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to support daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, while ensuring health and safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required — paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
