Job summary

Delta‑T Group seeks Direct Care Workers/Residential Aides in the Concord, MA area for independent contractor opportunities. You will provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, reinforcing personal care, communication, and social skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required.
  • Valid driver's license to transport individuals as needed.
