Job summary

Louisiana Youth Challenge Program seeks a dedicated staff member to enforce program policies, prepare housing and training materials, and monitor behavior and safety across sites. You will log incidents, coordinate transportation, and support associates during training and activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining orderly dormitories, guiding associates through challenges, and collaborating with staff to adjust schedules and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma.
• Experience that demonstrates the ability to work with at-risk-youth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce program policies for associates and training.
• Prepare materials and supplies for housing/dormitories and training opportunities.
• Complete daily behavior logs and disciplinary reports as required.
• Monitor and maintain a dormitory environment conducive to training/rest.
• Monitor transportation to schools/industry locations and on-site supervision.
• Prepare incident reports within required timelines.
