Eckerd Connects is seeking a Residential Advisor in Monroe, VA to provide a safe, supportive dormitory environment for Job Corps trainees aged 16–24. You will supervise daily activities, monitor progress toward goals, and apply core-value driven practices to maintain order and positive behavior.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, two years’ related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Schedule: 3pm - 12am or 11:30pm - 8:30am

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
