Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Identity Access in Boynton Beach, FL. You will manage visitor and resident access, verify credentials, monitor entry points and respond to security concerns at a residential community, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorization for visitors and service providers, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community grounds, amenities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, incidents, and unusual activity.
