The Willows at Tiffin, part of Trilogy Health Services, LLC, is hiring a Transportation Associate to support resident mobility and access to appointments on a campus setting in Ohio.

Responsibilities include driving community vehicles, maintaining logs, and coordinating schedules to meet residents' transportation needs. The role emphasizes safety, service, and helping residents stay independent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must possess and maintain certifications for transporting residents per state regulations.
• Minimum age 25 due to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles to transport residents, staff and run errands safely.
• Maintain vehicles per scheduled maintenance and Trilogy policies.
• Keep accurate mileage logs and report incidents or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with supervisor to meet resident appointments.
• Accompany residents to doctor visits and assist during appointments.
