Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a part-time Van Driver at Sundance Inn Health Center in New Braunfels, TX 78130. The job involves transporting Center Residents to prearranged physician/dialysis appointments and on scheduled outings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Must pass inquiry from DMV of driving record.
• No outstanding criminal/civil citations.
• Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must have a current CPR Training Card.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Complete Competency Training Checklist.
• Maintain vehicle documents (ownership, insurance, maintenance logs).
• Ensure vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance are current.
• Coordinate weekly vehicle usage with the Executive Director and DON.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good repair.
• Follow Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
