Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CNA certification and CE requirements to maintain certification.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years; limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading/unloading from approved vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle interiors/exteriors for safety and appearance.
• Monitor maintenance logs and schedule routine vehicle services.
• Be flexible with work times to accommodate late appointments.
• Demonstrate safe transfer techniques for ingress/egress of mobile patients.
• Assist with lifting/mobilizing residents up to 75 pounds in confined spaces.
