Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CDL Class B/C if driving a bus is applicable.
• Chauffeur’s license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and other activities.
• Safely assist residents entering/exiting vehicle.
• Ensure residents reach appointments safely and promptly.
• Assist residents with walking aids when boarding/alighting.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain appointment records for monthly billing per procedures.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor promptly.
• Support lifestyle team during outings as needed.
• Maintain vehicle in clean, safe condition and report injuries per policy.
