Job summary

Everett Housing Authority is hiring a Resident Success & Self-Sufficiency Coordinator to oversee comprehensive case management, service coordination, financial empowerment, and self-sufficiency programming for residents. You will partner with Property Management, Rental Assistance, and community stakeholders to promote housing stability and economic mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, or related field.
• Considerable experience in social services, housing programs, case management, vocational and/or educational counseling, financial coaching.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and promote the FSS program by conducting outreach, recruitment, pre-enrollment interviews, eligibility assessments, participant enrollment, and HUD Contracts of Participation.
• Develop and manage participant self-sufficiency plans by assessing strengths, goals, financial circumstances, housing needs, and barriers; develop ITSPs with measurable goals.
• Provide individualized coaching and case management to FSS participants through regular meetings, assessment, problem-solving, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Provide employment and career services: job readiness, planning, resumes, applications, interview prep, job search, retention, and income progression.
