Job summary

Upland Unified School District is seeking a Resident Substitute for Math to support targeted students and close grade-level gaps through push-in and pull-out intervention models. Tentative start as soon as possible with a tentative end date in May 2027; this is a 75% position based in Upland, CA, aligned with district math

Qualifications

• All documentation required must be attached to your EDJOIN application.

Responsibilities

• Support math intervention through push-in and pull-out models to address targeted grade-level gaps.
• Assist in coordinating classroom interventions and tracking student progress as part of the district math program.
