Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Manager in Connecticut to coordinate operations for Residential and Day Services programs. You’ll supervise staff, implement program plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or related experience), at least three years in the field with supervisory work, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid CT driver’s license. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
• Experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience, with one year of supervisory or management experience.
• Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. May require CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Bring valuable insights, institutional knowledge, and assistance to members of the direct support team.
• Demonstrate and train team members to interact with the people we serve in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring all living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on‑call basis.
• Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, as well as the purchasing of groceries and supplies.
• Maintain medical, social and programmatic files with detailed and accurate documentation.
