Altercare Canal Winchester is currently hiring a Full Time Social Service Coordinator to help make a difference in the lives of our residents and families. You will assess residents' needs, coordinate services, and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team.

Ideal candidates include licensed RNs, LPNs, or social workers (LSW) with strong communication, documentation, and public relations skills; training and tuition support are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to assess residents’ needs and progress.
• Ability to document information and verbally present pertinent data to staff and other professionals.
• Effective public relations skills and willingness to work with residents’ families, staff and the community.
