Schochet is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to join Capitol Towers in Hartford, CT. You will connect residents to services, perform assessments, and coordinate wellness programs to enhance quality of life for older adults in affordable housing.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, have a BS in Social Work or 2-3 years of relevant experience, and hold a valid driver's license. You will collaborate with staff and community partners to build strong support networks across

Qualifications

• BS in Social Work or 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with older adults.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for conferences and meetings at other properties.
• Ability to establish relationships with community agencies and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents to services, resources, and support.
• Perform assessments, referrals to service providers, and ongoing monitoring of support.
• Establish onsite wellness programs and events through partnerships or programming budget.
• Advocate and coordinate with community agencies to obtain services for residents.
