Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to welcome new residents and help create an exceptional living experience as the community opens in 2027. You will build relationships, coordinate events, and advocate for residents while supporting the grand opening of a premier continuing care retirement community.

The role requires at least 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of geriatrics and dementia

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with new residents prior to their move in to establish connections and build meaningful long lasting relationships.
• Responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, through direct referral or by the review of incident reports.
• Conducting assessments of potential residents.
• Recommending appropriate levels of residency.
• Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.
• Developing referral networks within the community for available services.
• Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents.
• Leading and coordinating planning for events and activities.

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused, and driven Resident Services Coordinator who is excited to play a pivotal role in the grand opening of one of Erickson Senior Living's most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted resource and advocate for residents, fostering meaningful connections and ensuring a smooth transition into community life. • Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $55,000.00 per year plus annual bonus.
