Aspire Transitional Care is seeking a part-time Community Administration & Resident Services role in Flagstaff. You will greet visitors, assist residents, and handle front desk duties with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include answering calls, managing visitor logs, admissions paperwork, and maintaining confidential information in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Schedule includes weekend and evening shifts, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer one year experience in a clerical position or secretarial program completion.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel, e-mail and other computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors; direct them to the appropriate location.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and update the resident roster and staff emergency contacts.
• Process admissions paperwork and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
