Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to assess resident needs, develop and coordinate programming, and connect residents with community resources. This role focuses on on-site service delivery and collaboration with property staff to enhance resident well-being and access to essential services.
The position requires coordinating with local organizations, conducting needs assessments, and maintaining program data and reporting for funding requirements.
The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing, and/or identifying programming to meet those needs, making resource information available to residents, and providing linkages to needed services for low-income residents.
