Exciting Opportunity in Ashland and Whitinsville!

Peabody Resident Services is seeking a part-time Resident Service Coordinator working 24 hours a week to work as part of a management team at apartment communities in Ashland and Whitinsville, MA. The role involves coordinating programs, assisting residents with obtaining services, and collaborating with community agencies.

Qualifications
  • B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is preferable; a four-year college degree is fully acceptable. An Associates degree and/or an MA licensed Social Worker may be considered with 5+ years of direct experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing and/or with the target population.
  • 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, demonstrating results through a concrete problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of area supportive services and community resources.
  • Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
