The role oversees research, staffing, and budget, and collaborates with SMESI and Center leadership on partnership and funding proposals.

Qualifications

Ten+ years in US government, NGO, or think tank roles related to regional integration.
Proven track record leading policy and research teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the Project's research and programming agenda and shape its intellectual framework.
Secure diverse funding sources and ensure long-term sustainability of activities.
Represent the Project externally to government officials, donors, media, and academic communities.
