Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and promote recreation based on individualized needs and interests and encourage participation and engagement.
• Visit bed-bound residents and non-participants and provide appropriate recreation services.
• Assist with the daily radio program, monthly newsletter and recreation calendar.
• Assist with volunteer program/ appreciation set-up, admission assessments, clinical responsibilities and community interaction programs.
• Ensure residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring atmosphere that respects individual needs and rights.
