Job summary

The Club at Briarcliff Manor, a Senior Lifestyle community, is seeking individuals who can bring HEART to resident activities. You will assist the Resident Program Director in creating, coordinating, and facilitating recreational and educational activities for residents, expressing creativity and enthusiasm to brighten daily life.

Responsibilities include planning activities, encouraging participation, providing transportation as needed, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Active, valid driver’s license.
• No programming experience is necessary.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about fun activities.
• Patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions.

Job Description

Salary Range: $23- $24

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.

Qualifications

• No programming experience is necessary!
• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Have an active, valid driver’s license.
• You are someone who is excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate in those activities.
• You are extremely patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.
