Pape’ Material Handling Inc. is seeking a Resident Periodic Maintenance Technician to service forklifts at customer locations in the Moses Lake area. You will perform periodic maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment runs optimally and uptime is maximized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks and construction equipment.
• Self-motivated and assertive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in the Moses Lake area.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic maintenance on all makes of forklifts at customer locations and conduct minor repairs (lights, belts, engine tune-ups, hoses).
• Ensure equipment operates at peak performance and uptime; work from a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle.
• Interact with customers to provide dependable, high-quality service and build trust that tasks are completed correctly.

Resident Periodic Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

What You’ll Do

As our PM Technician, you will work at customer locations and perform periodic maintenance on all makes of forklifts, as well as performing minor repairs such as lights, belts, engine tune-ups, and hoses. Your job is to ensure our customer’s equipment is properly maintained, running in peak form, and maximizing their uptime. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

What You Need

Compensation

$20.40-29.58/hr (Depending on Experience)
